Celebrated as a full-service tool shop, Americut Corporation boasts
a stellar history of working with precision-focused vendors on tight
schedules. Our expertise covers progressive and extrusion die
design, plastic mold fabrication, and subcontract machining.
Our advanced equipment includes (5) large wire EDMs, RAM EDMs, CNC
lathes, grinders, mills, hole poppers for ultra-small perforations,
and a CNC Fadal 40x20 and Mazak CNC mill. Proficient in materials
like D-2, carbide, stainless, graphite, and ceramics, we've recently
added the high-precision 2020 FANUC ALPHA C800iB-20. From the
tiniest to the most extensive projects, we deliver with excellence.
